For Mother’s Day 2025, we’re honouring the woman who raised me—with a collection inspired by the desserts she loves most. While Mother’s Day is celebrated at a different time in England, we’re bringing her favourite sweet treats to life in chocolate, the Ao Cacao way.

This collection pays tribute to Banoffee Pie, Key Lime Pie, and Brown Sugar Pavlova with Cassis & Blackberry—classics in our household, now reimagined in bonbon form.

Crafted with our signature 65% dark chocolate (Solomon Islands origin) as the casing, these bonbons are a nostalgic ode to mum’s dessert table. A gift of flavour and memory—made to be shared, cherished, and savoured.
