Made the Ao Cacao way, We make a classic all butter shortbread replacing the sugar with cacao fruit and adding cacao husk (which is a bi product of chocolate making) as a flour alternative and enriched with salted butter. 

Enrobed in 70% Single Origin Dark Chocolate 

Perfect with a cuppa Single Origin Drinking Chocolate
