For Christmas 2025, we celebrate the season of indulgence — those moments of comfort, nostalgia, and shared joy that only chocolate can capture. This year’s collection is inspired by the flavours that define festive gatherings and the warmth of tradition, reimagined through our bonbons.

Each bonbon is crafted with our signature 65% Milne Bay, Papua New Guinea Single Origin Dark Chocolate, encasing luxurious fillings that tell a story of flavour, place, and memory. A collection that invites you to pause, share, and savour — the essence of Christmas, the Ao Cacao way.

• Jersey Black Butter — a spiced apple butter from the Channel Islands, reminiscent of mince pies and winter hearths.
